At Thrive Access and Support, we understand that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel complicated or overwhelming. Our experienced Support Coordinators, Shannon and Simone, provide practical, person-centred guidance to help participants and their families understand their plans, connect with suitable services and make confident decisions about their supports.

With extensive experience across the disability sector, our team focuses on building independence, encouraging community participation and achieving meaningful, real-life outcomes. We support participants throughout South-East Melbourne, including the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston and Casey Council areas.
